How do we create a gift idea?
You can email me with information about what the special occasion is and what media gift you would like. From there we can discuss important information that you would like included in the song/ poem / video about the person.
How much information about the receiver do you need?
This is flexible. We can include as much or as little as you like in the media piece. It could even simply be a personalised song with an audio clip of a typical phrase that your loved one likes to say.
What is your cancellation policy?
The work will be on an instalment basis. When we create an idea out of our discussions I will provide you a tailored bill to suit your needs and circumstance. You will then pay a 10% deposit if you are happy to proceed. Upon completion of the first draft you will pay 80% if you are happy to proceed and the final 10% when the finished product is ready.
How involved do I need to be?
This is flexible. I can either help you put the finishing touches to an idea or I can create it for you.
What kind of music are the songs?
Up to you. Just tell me what genre you would like it to be and I will create it.
Will you publish the gift on this website?
No. Not without written permission to do so.
